Delete your FlipWise account

FlipWise users can permanently delete their account directly in the app:

1. Open FlipWise and sign in.
2. Open More.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email DS Venture Labs Ltd from the email address registered to your FlipWise account. Use the subject FlipWise account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account and private FlipWise cloud vehicle record are deleted. Local FlipWise records on a device are removed through the in-app deletion process. Backup files you previously exported remain under your control and must be deleted by you.

We aim to process verified requests promptly. Limited information may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
